Painting Parkllyn and Foxtail.
The Parkllyn and Foxtail are two of the newer planned communities on the Post Falls side, both with parks, trails, and a mix of cottage and estate floor plans. Foxtail spans more than 180 acres, so you get every footprint from a single-level rancher to a 2-story two-car.
Most homes here are recent enough to still be on builder paint, which means we start seeing the first calls about three to five years in, usually for interior color updates or cabinet upgrades. Post Falls is windy off the Spokane River, which dries paint faster but also throws more dust during exterior work — we schedule around the spring wind weeks.
What we see on Parkllyn and Foxtail homes.
Common home styles
New builds: cottages, single-level ranchers, two-story traditional, and occasional estate plans on the bigger Foxtail lots.
Popular projects
Interior color updates from builder-grade off-white, cabinet refinishing on builder cabinetry, garage and entry refresh, and occasional exterior touch-up on the older Parkllyn phases.
Climate & prep considerations

Services we offer in Parkllyn and Foxtail.
Builder-grade interiors and cabinets are the most common call here. Our cabinet refinishers in Coeur d'Alene handle the full process — degrease, sand, prime, spray — for a finish that looks like custom on a builder cabinet box.
